Liability Waiver

R&D RV Detailing Liability Waiver & Service Agreement You (“the Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions of this Liability Waiver & Service Agreement: 1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability 1.1. R&D RV Detailing uses commercial-grade pressure washers, ladders, scrub brushes, and other cleaning equipment. While we take every precaution to protect your RV, the Customer acknowledges that minor surface marks, scratches, or scuffing may occur as part of the cleaning process. 1.2. Some materials, particularly aged, brittle, or sun-damaged plastics, decals, seals, or caulking, may be prone to damage under pressure. R&D RV Detailing is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing weaknesses. 1.3. R&D RV Detailing is not responsible for any damage caused by ladders or other equipment used to access elevated areas of the RV, including but not limited to dents, scratches, or scuff marks. 1.4.
