Please be advised that in some cases, an additional charge may apply for extremely dirty vehicles that require additional time and effort to clean. This may include excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, stains, or other debris that require special attention and extra cleaning products. We will always notify you in advance and obtain your approval before proceeding with the service.

R&D RV Detailing Liability Waiver & Service Agreement
You (“the Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions of this Liability Waiver & Service Agreement:
1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
1.1. R&D RV Detailing uses commercial-grade pressure washers, ladders, scrub brushes, and other cleaning equipment. While we take every precaution to protect your RV, the Customer acknowledges that minor surface marks, scratches, or scuffing may occur as part of the cleaning process.
1.2. Some materials, particularly aged, brittle, or sun-damaged plastics, decals, seals, or caulking, may be prone to damage under pressure. R&D RV Detailing is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing weaknesses.
1.3. R&D RV Detailing is not responsible for any damage caused by ladders or other equipment used to access elevated areas of the RV, including but not limited to dents, scratches, or scuff marks.
1.4. The Customer releases R&D RV Detailing from all liability related to cleaning-related damages, except in cases of gross negligence.
2. Customer Responsibilities & Pre-Service Preparation
2.1. Before our arrival, please:
2.2. Remove all personal belongings from around the exterior of the RV.
2.3. Retract or remove awnings to prevent damage.
2.4. Ensure all windows and doors are fully closed to prevent water intrusion.
2.5. Move any vehicles parked nearby to prevent overspray.
2.6. Provide clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the RV for our service team.
Failure to complete these steps may result in additional time required or an incomplete service, for which no refunds will be issued.
3. Service Limitations & No Guarantees
3.1. While we strive for the best results, R&D RV Detailing does not guarantee complete removal of all stains, oxidation, mold, mildew, or water spots. Some stains may be permanent or require additional restoration services beyond standard washing.
3.2. R&D RV Detailing does not perform paint correction, body repairs, or sealant replacements.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. 10% deposit will be collected at booking time. Remaining Payment is due in full upon service completion.
4.2. Non-payment will result in refusal of future services and potential legal action.
5. Weather & Cancellation Policy
5.1. Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms, or extreme winds). In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date.
5.2. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in a loss of deposit.
6. Worker Safety & Customer Indemnification
6.1. R&D RV Detailing employees may use ladders, scaffolding, or climb onto the RV’s roof to perform cleaning services. While all reasonable safety precautions are taken, the Customer acknowledges that R&D RV Detailing and its employees assume all responsibility for their own safety while on the property.
6.2. The Customer is not responsible for any injuries sustained by R&D RV Detailing employees during service, and R&D RV Detailing waives any claims against the Customer for worker injuries.
6.3. The Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify R&D RV Detailing, its owners, employees, and service operators from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the service.
7. Property Damage Liability
7.1. R&D RV Detailing takes every precaution to avoid damage to the Customer’s property. However, the Customer acknowledges that R&D RV Detailing is not responsible for incidental damage to driveways, fences, landscaping, furniture, or other property unless caused by gross negligence.
8. Water Usage & Drainage Responsibility
8.1. The Customer understands that R&D RV Detailing uses a significant amount of water for the cleaning process and that water runoff may occur.
8.2. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that adequate drainage exists to prevent flooding or pooling of water. R&D RV Detailing is not liable for damage resulting from standing water or runoff.
9. Third-Party Interference
9.1. R&D RV Detailing is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from interference by third parties (e.g., other individuals present during service).
10. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Circumstances)
10.1. R&D RV Detailing is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, equipment failure, natural disasters, or emergencies.
11. Acceptance of Terms
11.1. The Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver & Service Agreement.
